BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!
As you may know, I do a lot of work with NYC singer/performance artist BREEDLOVE. For two years, Breedlove has been running a fantastic party called “Magic Monday”, originally at St Jerome’s bar, and then at Ludlow Manor, with a group of amazing people, including myself doing nightlife photography. Due to unfortunate circumstances, we were no longer able to hold Magic Monday at Ludlow Manor as of a week ago.
Fortunately, one of my favorite places on the L.E.S, Tammany Hall, who just held our MASSIVE Jet Boy/MegaPlatinum party, has saved the day. Today, Breedlove and I had a wonderful meeting with Tammany, and they have agreed to not only pick up Magic Monday, but also our entire crew.
The most exciting thing about this is that Magic Monday, now with all of the great spaces that Tammany has to offer, will be able to host rock bands as special guests (not just singers with backing tracks)! The party will feature 2-3 bands/acts night, with Breedlove headlining. We have a lot of really incredible tricks up our sleeves with bands, performers, and special guests, and we are itching to share them with you.Magic Monday will be taking a week off to plan and opening night at Tammany Hall will be on FEBRUARY 6TH! Much thanks to Christine, Dave, Jeff, and Nancy from Tammany for making this possible.
